Corey joined S+H Consulting in 2022 and is a Director of Client Services for our Finance and Accounting Consulting practice. With over a decade of diverse accounting experience, Corey has developed a strong foundation in various facets of the finance and accounting field. His expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis allows him to identify discrepancies, enhance accuracy, and ensure compliance with accounting standards for our clients. His analytical skills help provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-making for clients.
Corey received his Bachelor of Science Business Administration, Accounting from Missouri Southern State University.
- 9+ Years of Accounting Experience with progressive experience in audit, start-ups, private equity, and consulting spanning a variety of industries including health care, oil & gas, services, and distribution.
- Financial Statement Preparation, Analysis, and Clean Up Expertise 5+ years of audit experience, along with multiple consulting engagements for first year audits and pre-audit clean up.
- Process Enhancement Leader helped improve and oversee the month-end close process for a $1B PE-backed company, managing domestic and international staff during on-going acquisitions.
