Mark joined S+H Consulting in 2018 and is a Partner in the Accounting and Finance Consulting practice. He is a proven leader in accounting project management and execution with thorough knowledge in close process improvement and audit cycle completion. He has over two decades of experience of progressive leadership, driving business objectives, and increasing productivty within entrepreneurial organizations.

Mark received his Bachelor of Accounting from Oklahoma State University and a second Bachelor of Science (Accounting) from Phillips University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a licensed Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Mark is a member of the Financial Executives International (FEI) Dallas Chapter and FENG Special Interest Groups focusing on Private Equity.
