Matthew Edwards leads the firm’s Accounting and Finance Consulting practice. He drives organizational transitions and value enhancement strategies specializing in acquisition integrations and uncovering EBITDA opportunities. His extensive work with diverse clients has equipped him with the skills to navigate complex financial landscapes and provide tailored solutions to meet clients’ unique needs. Matt is especially adept at fostering long-term client relationships and effectively supporting organizations during critical transitions and growth phases. He oversees a team of more than 30 consulting professionals that have served over one thousand statements of work since the firm’s start in 2017.

Matt received his Bachelor of Business Administration and another Master of Accounting from Trinity University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
