  • Simplify process for obtain updates from project leads

  • Develop a security structure to limit visibility per management’s determination

  • Developed an automated SQL server to house financial data
  • Designed Power Apps forms and visibility to projects to enable real-time updates to project budgets and timelines
  • Designed and iterated dashboards management and project leads utilize during weekly operations calls
  • Utilized Microsoft security to limit access to each project leads own projects, while enabling full visibility to management

Developed an automated solution that was fully adopted across the company, providing integrated financial and operational visibility at the project, project lead, and management levels.
